Only the presence of the Subject Collection element and code attribute in the meta-data is necessary -- whether that tag appears at the Series level or the Book level, the chapter is included in the corresponding package. Therefore Online First chapters can now be included in eBook packages with no problem, even though they do not belong to a book.
