My print copy / issue arrived damaged. How can this be replaced?

If you have a current subscription and have received a damaged issue covered by your payment, this will be replaced free of charge subject to availability. If replacement stock is not available, we will extend the subscription accordingly. Claims must be made within the following timescales:


Weekly titles: Any issue of a weekly journal claimed after two months of publication or date of order (whichever is the latter) cannot be replaced.

Monthly titles: Any issue of a monthly journal claimed after three months of publication or date of order (whichever is the latter) cannot be replaced.


To obtain any replacement issues, please include the following information with your claim:

  1. Your Customer ID
  2. Journal title
  3. Volume range and issue number
  4. Month of publication
  5. Confirmation of delivery address
