Locate Customer ID

You are issued with a Customer ID after your purchase a Site Licence. A Customer ID is unique and this is used to activate online access. The Customer ID appears on the registration e-mail sent to the administrator of the account.

If you no longer have the welcome e-mail, please contact your subscription agency or alternatively contact Nature Research using the details below if you purchased it directly through us.

Please quote your institution’s details as well as the name of the Nature Research Sales Representative who assisted you.
