Unable to locate article of interest by using the Search Facility

The most efficient way to locate an article is to use the Advanced Search Facility.

If you are still experiencing difficulty locating an article, try locating it via the journal’s archive page and then browsing through the relevant issue’s Table of Contents.

Please note that our online archives are not exhaustive and you may find that we do not hold the required article in our archives, particularly if it is a very old article.

For such articles there are other resources that may provide further information. Visit a citation service called PubMed, which has a far more extensive archive of our journals.

The British Library also offers a fax-back facility for articles not available on Nature Publishing Group web sites. For further information please visit The British Library website.
