I received an invoice / proforma invoice and want to discontinue my subscription

Please contact our Customer Service Team and arrange for the invoice to be cancelled. Go to our Can I cancel my Journal subscription once placed? page for other details about subscription cancellations.


If you have received a final invoice,note our guideline for proforma invoice cancel periods:


  • Academic Titles: 90 days prior to the subscription expiration date
  • B2B:  30 days prior to the subscription expiration date
  • VS-Verlag: 6 weeks prior to the subscription expiration date
  • Vienna titles: 60 days weeks prior to the subscription expiration date
