A subscription order paid with PayPal is not shown in my account

It can happen that a PayPal order is not correctly created in our system. 

In this case, please let us have your PayPal reference no. and the journal title you wish to subscribe to and send us an email to leserservice@springer.com. We will then immediately complete your order.
