Any certificates you earned by fully completing a course on the previous Nature Masterclasses On‑Demand platform have been transferred to the new platform. You can continue to view, access, and download them at any time.
Only courses that were completed in full before 29th March 2026 were eligible for migration. Partially completed courses — including those where only some modules were finished — were not transferred.
To make sure your certificates and learning history appear correctly, you must log in using the same email address you used on the previous platform. This allows us to match your learning record with your updated account.
If you complete a course close to the migration date, your certificate may take up to one week to appear on the new platform.
