When you purchase a subscription with Nature Portfolio you are given a unique Customer ID which consists of 10 digits.
Print subscribers: Your Customer ID is located on your print issue's mailing label - (above the mailing address on the left side of the label).
When your subscription order has been successfully processed you will receive a confirmation email which will include your Customer ID.
If you would like to know your Customer ID, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and a Team member will supply it to you. Please provide us with the contact details that you used for the subscription.
Institutional Site Licence: A Customer ID is unique and is used to activate online access. It appears on the registration e-mail sent to the administrator of the account.
Please note you only need a Customer ID number if you purchased a subscription or book from us which has online access. You do not need a Customer ID to register a profile, create alerts for your account or register for Journal bulletins/updates.
