Customers located in Rest of World, renewal notices are sent about 3-4 months prior to the subscription end date; these renewal notices are sent with a Proforma-Invoice.
DACH customers (customers based in Germany, Austria and Switzerland); a non-canceled subscription will be renewed with an invoice 4 weeks prior to the expiration date
