We value the work of our reviewers and want them to have the recognition they deserve.
For a number of years, one way we have done this is via an opt-in arrangement with Clarivate and their Reviewer Recognition Service (RRS). We have, however, seen take up of this service decline across Springer Nature journals and we are exploring other options and ways for the work undertaken by our peer reviewers to be recognised and rewarded.
Reviewers are still able to add their reviewer activity to their Clarivate researcher profile should they wish, but until further notice Springer Nature reviewers are no longer able to automatically log their peer review contributions with the RRS.
If you would like to obtain a confirmation (certificate) for your Springer Nature journal peer review via SNAPP, please check
Peer-reviewer certificates on SNAPP.
If your contribution as peer reviewer was through a different peer review system, we would encourage you to contact the editorial office of the respective journal directly, once a final decision (accept, reject or withdraw) was made. The following articles describe how to Find publishing contacts for Springer Nature journals.
