To help ensure your subscription renews without interruption, we perform a payment authorisation check on your saved payment method up to three days before your renewal date.
If the authorisation is successful, your subscription will automatically renew on the last day of the current access period.
If we cannot authorise the payment method, we will notify you by email and provide instructions on how to update your payment details before the renewal date.
Subscription renewals are processed using UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). After a successful renewal, you will receive a confirmation email.
