Why don't I see my articles in the Research Square Dashboard after logging in with Springer Nature (SNID)?

If the corresponding author does not have the expected submissions on their dashboard, they’ve most likely logged in with the incorrect address. They can log out though this SpringerNature Account link (https://my-profile.springernature.com/?info=sn_email_verification_link_already_used) and try again using the email address provided during submission.
