Journal Issue Claims Form

If you are missing one or more issues from your subscription to a Springer Nature journal or have received a damaged issue, please fill in the required details in the form below so we can handle your claim as quickly as possible.

Note: If you are claiming the first issue of a new weekly subscription, the initial issue may take between 2 to 4 weeks of the order being placed for it to arrive.

 

Weekly titles claim policy: We will replace issues of weekly journals if you contact us to claim the missing issues within two months of the date of publication.

Monthly titles claim policy: We will replace issues of monthly journals if you contact us to claim the missing issues within three months of the date of publication.

In cases where the issue has since gone out of print, we regret that we will be unable to replace, refund or extend your subscription.

In cases where your new subscription includes back issues that are out of print, we will automatically extend your subscription for the number of back issues you are owed.

Unfortunately we cannot offer compensation for supplements that are out of print as supplements are not included in the subscription pricing.


Replacement issues are subject to availability and are limited to three replacements.
