COUNTER 4 data no longer available for download or via SUSHI

We have moved away from COUNTER release 4 ("C4"") to release 5 ("C5") and stopped providing data in C4 format.

Since C5 introduced new Metric Types only some Metric Types will be available for our historic data.

Books: Only the custom metric type SN:Total_Chapter_Requests and the denial metric type No_License will be available.

Journals: Only the metric type Total_Item_Requests and the denial metric type No_License will be available.
