EMEA Print Book Offer   

Creation of a standard order in MPS. 
 

Functional Specification 

All orders of Monthly Print Campaigns will be provided including all details: Promotion Code plus customer order reference if available and Print Book Offer Additional Discount, which can vary from campaign to campaign 

Introduction 

You will be informed by email before the campaign starts, example:  

Dear all, 

Please find attached the title list for the upcoming HSS26 Print Book Offer running March 10 – June 30, 2026. 

Additional 10% Print Book Offer 

Please do not forget to enter coupon code HSS26 in the field: PO number.  

(in addition to the individual order reference that might have been given by the Trade customer), otherwise we cannot assign the turnover to the campaign.

-                      Reduced price only with promo code HSS26

Start off by entering the “Sold-To-Party” and then, if necessary, choose the correct “Ship-to party” from the pop-up list. 

If no other ship to address is mentioned, please choose default  

The following screenshots are examples only, please make sure you use the correct promotion code, discount and duration. 

Enter the promotion code xyz (for example HSS26) and - if forwarded – the customer reference, “PO date” and “order recept. date”, “InvoiceSplit”: J (yes): 

Please enter correct ISBNs and quantities 

Go to header details:  

Go to card “Shipping”: please untick “Order Combination”: 

Go to card “Conditions” and enter additional discount: “ZJKR” 10%  

“Activate”  

Go to Card “Order Data” and enter Freshdesk Ticket ID in “Your Reference” 

 Please save the order
