You will not be able to obtain COUNTER usage data via the Librarian Portal that is split by eBook package or journal subject collection. In COUNTER release 5 additional columns can be added to the reports but we are not planning to add package or subject collection info to these reports.
Your Licensing Manager can provide more detailed usage reports.
