Functional Description 

 

This account is the only consignment account in ROW Southern Europe.  The orders are sent to SNCS irregularly by the customer. The Freshdesk ticket should be kept on hold until all activities described hereunder are successfully finished. 

 

On Freshdesk, it should be categorized as follows: 

Group: Trade_ROW_Books 

BPID: 3000510953 

Query Type: Order 

Sub- Type: Consignment 

 

 

Order input 

 

Transaction: VA01, choose YH10 (BK: Consign. Fill-up) 

 

Sales Organization: 0293 / Distribution Chanel: 01 / Division: 01 

 

Click “Enter” an in the order screen, input in the header:

  • Sold - to Party: 3000510953 
  • Ship – to Party: will be automatically populated - the correct one is (3001136573) 
  • PO Number: order reference, which will be mentioned in the Excel sheet attachment on the top, or in the column A 
  • PO Date: unless instructed otherwise in the Special Task e-mail, insert the date of when the order is being input. 

 

 

Now copy or type in each ISBN(s) from the consignment order excel spreadsheet.  

Please mind differing quantities in column C.  

Below is an example from the excel spreadsheet: 

 

For validation, hit CTRL+F8 to check if the order is complete. If it’s complete, you’ll receive a message saying so at the bottom of the page. 

Please enter Freshdesk Ticket ID in your created order under “Header Data, Tab Order Data > Your Reference  

Then proceed to save the order by clicking in the floppy disk icon at the top of the page, or by simply clicking Ctrl+S.  

 

After the order has been processed, please report back to TradeBookSOEU as Exception (please put order number in the add note).  

 

Finally set FD Ticket on Resolved.
