If you are a new purchaser of Content on Demand Mediated (password access control), you will need to set a password by following the steps below to start using it.

How to set a password by an administrator

1. Log in to Springer Nature Librarian Portal (admin account). If you do not know your password, use "Forgot your password" on the login page (after entering your email address).

2. After logging in, click "Settings" in the top menu "Organisation and support".
