As CoD admin you can log into Springer Nature’s Librarian Portal to manage your account, check your remaining units, download your usage report and enable additional settings for your users.

You can monitor your CoD licenses, remaining units and account expiration via this section:
Content on Demand Usage reports
You can download your CoD usage in csv format, at your convenience. Please note that usage reports are custom to CoD and not COUNTER-compliant.
User interface settings
You may enable a setting to notify users, affiliated with your institution, that they are accessing content on demand prior to downloading or viewing any content material in full-text.
As an additional optional setting, your users may be also prompted to enter their cost code or department prior to downloading or viewing any material in full-text. The information captured will be referenced in your CoD usage report.
To enable these options please visit to the Account settings section of the Librarian Portal:
Your configured settings will influence what your users see on the platform when they access content available via CoD. If the above section remains unticked, then users will be accessing content on our platforms seamlessly.
