We can only allow the addition of static IP addresses on our platform. This is to ensure that access to purchased content and subscriptions can only be accessed by customers who hold a license.
There are security service companies that assigns IP addresses dynamically, such as Zscaler, Forcepoint, and Netskope. We cannot support their IP addresses because they are frequently reassigned, which grants access to unknown institutions who have not paid for the content and would remove access from the institution who has paid for it.
Please consider an alternative authentication method, such as: SAML SSO, Athens, Referrer, Associated User.
